By accessing datwa.us or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and Pricing
All products are print-on-demand, produced and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner Printify. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. All sales are final once an order enters production.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content on datwa.us are original works owned by DatWa. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you the right to wear and enjoy it, not to reproduce the artwork.
Orders and Fulfillment
Orders are produced on demand after payment is received and shipped by standard shipping. For the tees and hoodies we sell, our fulfillment partner Printify publishes a standard-shipping delivery estimate of 5 to 15 days to US addresses and 10 to 30 days to Canada, Australia and other countries. These are the provider's published estimates, not a commitment by DatWa; the provider does not say whether these are business or calendar days and does not separate production time from carrier transit time. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Limitation of Liability
DatWa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
